Membership &
Registry Fee's
Membership - Joining:
Any person
who owns an Australian Miniature Pony, or is interested
in them, may become a member of the Society. You can
find Application for Membership forms online or by
contacting the National Secretary or your State
Delegate. The quarterly magazine, "Small Talk", which
provides information, advice, news and contacts for its
readers Australia wide, is included in Australian
Miniature Pony Society Inc. membership fees. Annual
membership are available either as:

Full
membership (Single person + stud prefix + one voting
privilege).
*
Joint
membership (Two or more people + stud prefix + one
voting privilege).
*
Associate
membership (Single person with no breeding or voting
privilege).
*
Junior membership (Available to children not over the
age of 17 years with no breeding or voting privilege).
Neither Associate Memberships or Junior Memberships
include a stud prefix, i.e. both these membership types
are unable to be registered as breeders of Australian
Miniature Ponies. Also, please be aware that if
including all members of a family on the Joint
Membership subscription, that each pony bought, bred or
leased will have every name included on the Joint
Membership listed as an owner on the Certificate of
Registration/Foal Recordings.
Membership Renewal fees are due and payable on 1st of
August each year. Membership renewal notices are sent
out in July each year. Non-payment of annual fees within
30 days (31st August) incurs a monetary penalty.
If membership is not renewed within 90 days (i.e. by 1st
November) the membership lapses and it is necessary for
the person to re-apply. It is not necessary to reapply
for or pay for the original stud prefix again.
