The Australian Goat Milk Association was formed on the 17/02/00 with the aim of promoting the goat milk industry.
The objectives of the Association are:
to promote and advance goat milk products,
To represent the industry to the food industry, governments and the wider community,
To assist the efforts of farmers, processors and product merchants in the marketing of Australian goat milk products,
To develop a vision statement and forward plan for the Australian goat milk industry
To encourage research, development and extension in the goat milk industry
To encourage the highest standards of production and marketing efficiency and quality,
To compile goat milk industry production and marketing data,
To represent and disseminate relevant information to the members.
